1. Agreement
By engaging Suremaid Cleaning Crew ("the Company") for cleaning services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We provide professional cleaning services including healthcare cleaning, school and nursery cleaning, construction cleaning, and office cleaning. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice for ongoing contracts.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Cancellation
- One-off cleans: 48 hours' notice required for cancellation without charge.
- Contract services: 30 days' written notice required to terminate.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
6. Access & Security
The Client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises. If keys or access codes are provided, we will handle them securely and return them upon completion or termination of services.
7. Insurance & Liability
- We hold comprehensive public liability insurance.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning visit.
- We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty equipment, or items left in cleaning areas.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Health & Safety
We comply with all relevant health and safety legislation. Our staff hold NEBOSH, IOSH, COSHH, and other relevant certifications. The Client must inform us of any known hazards on the premises.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Our staff sign confidentiality agreements, particularly when working in healthcare and educational settings.
10. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-clean at no additional cost.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
