Provider Terms

1. Introduction

These Provider Terms govern the relationship between Suremaid Cleaning Crew ("the Company") and self-employed cleaning professionals ("the Provider") who deliver services on behalf of the Company.

2. Status

The Provider operates as a self-employed contractor and is not an employee of Suremaid Cleaning Crew. The Provider is responsible for their own tax, National Insurance contributions, and any other statutory obligations.

3. Requirements

Before being assigned to any client, the Provider must:

  • Hold a valid enhanced DBS check
  • Provide proof of right to work in the UK
  • Complete all mandatory training as required by the Company
  • Provide two verifiable references
  • Hold relevant certifications for specialist environments (e.g., CSCS for construction sites, COSHH for healthcare)

4. Standards of Service

  • The Provider must deliver services to the highest professional standard.
  • The Provider must follow all site-specific protocols, health and safety procedures, and infection control measures.
  • The Provider must arrive on time, in appropriate uniform, and with any required PPE.
  • The Provider must maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and premises.

5. Availability & Scheduling

  • The Provider is not obligated to accept any specific assignment.
  • Once an assignment is accepted, the Provider must fulfil it or provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation.
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from the provider network.

6. Payment

  • The Provider will be paid at the agreed rate for completed assignments.
  • Payment will be made within 14 days of invoice submission.
  • The Provider is responsible for issuing invoices and maintaining accurate records.

7. Insurance

The Provider is covered under Suremaid Cleaning Crew's public liability insurance while carrying out assigned work. The Provider may also hold their own insurance.

8. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation

The Provider agrees not to directly approach or solicit any Suremaid Cleaning Crew client for private cleaning arrangements during the term of engagement and for 12 months after the last assignment.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this arrangement with 7 days' written notice. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the arrangement in cases of gross misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or failure to meet professional standards.

10. Data Protection

The Provider's personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Provider Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
